Join Us For Our 8th Marriage Encounter Camp.

Marriage Encounter is an experiential sacrament aimed to maintain and enrich the married life of Christians.  It is an weekend experience focusing on the "community" created by two married Christian.  During the Marriage Encounter Weekend the participants listen to some talks and sharing, engage in friendly socializing and pray together as a group.  But for the most part they attend the weekend as couples, husbands and wives spending time alone together, sharing their feelings and thoughts privately, encountering the mystery of each other.  The program is designed to free them from the kids, the neighbors, the jobs, and the thousand of other things which keep them from meeting each other on a deep personal level, and to enable them to rediscover the person that they married, to be a sacrament to each other, to fall in love again, and since Christians believe that God is love, to find God again in their married love.  The encounter is therefore a sacramental experience, and for many its effect is both transforming and lasting.

The weekend starts at 2:00 PM on 5/26 Saturday and runs until 6:00 PM on 5/28 Monday.

Non-Catholics are also welcome.
